- Perform Preventive Maintenance and Calibration (PM/Cal) of Final Test handlers
- Perform equioment troubleshooting and restoration for immediate release to production
- Accomplish and manage equipment pm/cal record and documents
- Initiate and/or assist equipment engineer in the development of projects to improve equipmet performance, prolong life of parts, MTBF study and management of spares
- support on new new equipment/kit/parts qualification, carry out projects prototyping for fan-out
- mentor line maintenance technicians and assist in their upskilling and training certification
- perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Graduate of a 3 year- technology course(Electronics, Electrical, Electromechanical,) or related field
- With at least 2 years ecperience in final test maintaining Turret/PnP and Gravity Equipment in SRM,ISMECA NX, MT9510,MT2168, Delta Flex,Delta Edge,Advantest M4841,MCTSH5000,MT99xx and MT93xx
- Knowledgeable in final test process and PM/Cal equipment documentation
- Knowledgeable in the use of hand tools, measuring and, calibration instruments
- Can read and interpret electrical and electronics diagrams, mechanical drawings
- With knowledge in problem solving tool ( 7QC tools,Fault tree analysis, why-why analysis, and fish bone analysis)
- Effective communication skills, proficient in MS office, (Excel, Power Point, MS Word)
- Highly-disciplined and possesses positive behavior.
