PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Manufacturing Equipment Technician Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process. Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings. Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts. Rebuilds manufacturing equipment as required. May perform equipment modifications as directed by manufacturing engineers.
Qualifications
Qualifications - External
Graduate of 3 years Technology Course with at least one (1) year experience as Line Maintenance Technician in a Semiconductor company.
· Experience
o At least 2 years experience as Line or Equipment Technician in a semiconductor company
· Skills
o Hands-on experience in hydraulics, servomotors, pumps, sensors, motor controls, Electro-pneumatics and PLC.
o Proper use of hand tools, measuring, and calibration instruments.
o Can read and interpret electrical & electronics diagrams, mechanical drawings.
o Good communication skills.
