Completing all required safety training and conducting all work in accordance with safety policies
Performing quality preventative maintenance on assigned tool sets
Increasing equipment uptime through systematic troubleshooting and problem-solving
Minimizing tool down-time and variability to increase tool availability
Documenting maintenance activities in check sheets and tracking programs
Providing content for, and submitting updates for controlled documentation
Communicating issues to the supervisor or first shift contacts
Contributing to and communicating detailed pass downs
Assisting equipment engineering in non-routine activities
Assisting with equipment installations
Assuming additional duties and projects as directed by the supervisor
Working any shift and rotate shifts as required
Partnering with Production team members and area engineers to support equipment
Qualifications
Basic understanding of semiconductor equipment and processes
Specific Wafer Prober such as: * Electroglas EG2001X and EG4090
TEL P8
Accretech Probers (UF200, UF2000 and etc).
SEMICS OPUS 3
Intermediate PC skills including MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Intermediate problem-solving skills
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve intermediate equipment problems and address root cause
Basic to intermediate project management skills
Proven ability to properly use common hand tools
Intermediate understanding of wafer probe equipment and processes
Intermediate data extraction, analysis, and reporting skills
Intermediate knowledge of test and calibration equipment (O-scopes and DMMs)
Proven ability in multi-tasking complex projects
Proven ability to communicate and present effectively
Proven ability to follow procedures and work with minimal supervision
Demonstrated time management and prioritization skills
