Provide support to Spares Management Group in maintaining sufficient amount of reliable spare boards/power supplies.
Perform periodic review of current procedures and processes and/or create automation projects (Software and/or Hardware) to improve quallity,reliability,productivity, and cycle time of repair.
Emergency repair of out-of-spare boards/power supplies in running equipments.
Continuous improvement to increase repair capacity.
Conduct technical trainings for the purpose of skills improvement.
Qualifications
Graduate of Electronic Technology course with at least 5-8 years experience in board repair in Final Test area.
Knowledgeable or Expert in ETS364/B, ETS500, ETS300 and Advantest board repair.
Provide Engineering Solutions to develop reliability, product and process improvement to support cost savings project initiative
-Expert in Restoring, Repair and Troubleshooting of Teradyne FLEX Test Boards
DC80, HSD200, MX230, DC90, DC30, SMC, USB Master, Ref Clock, VHFAC, Master Clock and Power Supply.
Knowledgeable on Overall concepts of Teradyne Flex Systems from software to hardware
IPC Standard Certified (Internal/External Training) is advantage to a candidate
We'll familiar with schematic and electronic component
Know how to interpret diagram and use of various measuring instruments
Knowledgeable in QMAX QT-200 Mixed Signal Functional Test System ,HUNTRON Tracker 2700, Function Gen, Spectrum Analyzer and Oscilloscope is an advantage
With Basic background in Digital and Mixed Signal Test methodology
Can work independently with minimum supervision
