The Process Sustaining Technician is responsible for supporting process sustaining activities of Wafer Level Processing. Specific processes includes:
. Wafer Level Test / Probe
. Wafer Trim and Probe
. Die Preparation (Mount / Saw / Pick and Place)
Key Qualifications
.Excellent hands-on experience on semiconductor probe testing specifically on TEL probers, Plum5 probers and M310 trimmers.
.Very adept in the following good manufacturing practices/tools: OEE, FMEA, DOE and SPC.
Education and Experience
.Graduate of Bachelor's or Technician degree in engineering or any related course.
.Must have at least 3 years of work experience in wafer probing and laser trimming operations.
Additional Requirements
.With good problem-solving skills
.Able to communicate across all levels in the organization.
.Experience in Die preparation, Pick and Place and AOI is an added advantage.
