Basic Job Responsibilities:
.Conducts independent or a collaborative support for process, equipment set-ups & concerns and applies finding-results to the various maintenance specifications.Responsible in supporting new product development and ensures the achievement of the development goals:product quality, yield, cycle time and product scheduled delivery.
Specific Job Responsibilities:
.Troubleshoots and performs corrective maintenance on equipment while observing minimum downtime.
.Conducts assignments independently and determines the best approach for solving a problem
.Coordinates with engineers and project team to ensure accomplishment of tasks.
.Plans a timely completion of simultaneous, complex and independent tasks.
.Develops and makes decision based on own technical knowledge within established guidelines and parameters.
.Develops a proposal for conceptual design & development of equipment/process problems.
.Feedbacks pertinent information regarding equipment conditions.
.Coordinates with the team members and process development engineers in formulating measures to improve test and measurement devices used in the laboratory.
.Formulates troubleshooting guide and corrective actions on recurring equipment problems.
.Motivates the team to do continuous improvement.
.Accepts the responsibilities and actively participates in maintenance-related activities.
.Support the company's Planned Maintenance Program
.Leads the customer samples support team and oversee the execution of the various new product and customer samples build based on the project plan.
.Supports the planning and review of BOMs and toolings to be used for new product and customer samples build.
.Generates weekly progress report to track progress of the customer samples build per KPI set.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Graduate of Technical Diploma with at least 5 years experience in Semiconductor environment or equivalent field.
Experienced in handling end of line assembly processes( Mold to Singulation)
Proficiency in MS Office tools for reporting purposes.
Proficiency in handling machine or equipment trouble shooting and problem solving tools.
