RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs analysis and simulations activities on equipment related quality issues
Works on EFARs and Internal issues in the line
Support and execute fan-out activities for EFAR and other quality actions
Equipment Mapping and equipment downtime events/log analysis and risk assessment
Hold lots monitoring including MRB discussion for the release of affected lots
Support preparation for safety, quality, and customer related audits
Support test escape and mixed device BPI implementation in Carmona site.
Provide assistance in implementation of Customer requirements (eg: critical alarms)
Perform other duties that maybe assigned by supervisor from time to time.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of a 3-yr Technology Course (Electronics, Electrical, Electromechanical) or related course
With at least 2 years of experience in Final Test and familiar with any of the Turret/PNP and Gravity Equipment (SRM, NX, MT9510, MT2168, SRM, Delta Flex, Advantest M4841, MT99XX and MT93XX)
Knowledgeable of the Final Test Process
With basic knowledge in problem solving tools (7QC Tools, Fault Tree Analysis, Why-Why Analysis and Fish Bone Analysis)
Basic knowledge in report writing specifically on Equipment Quality reports
Good communication skills/proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Power Point, MS Word)
Highly discipline and possess positive behavior.
