The role will involve bringing the product into the manufacturing phase and working with external and internal partners to achieve this new technology Introductions. This person will need to function independently, be a problem solver, and have basic knowledge of slider manufacture process. This job requires the candidate to be an enthusiastic, motivational role model in problem solving and team work.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The 4G AFL Process Technician is required to develop and manage relationships with a key stakeholders and contributors in the introduction into manufacture process.
Create and manage daily technical progress reports identifying issues and risks and tracking KPIs.
Collaborate with the inter and external departments in all problems encounter for the new programs and engineering activities e.g. validate data for the process run during build execution in the line.
Leverage Failure analysis plan for any build failure basic analysis in process.
Analyses failures, identify root causes and implement solutions together to engineer team.
Monitor and control the success rate build execute in new programs.
Monitor and control the Failure Analysis closure time in all programs
Coordinate all improve activities for KIV's - KOV's define in each build into manufacture.
Basic programming for develop system to analysis information and support in data analytics.
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED:
An Technical skill qualification, start basic bachelor programs at less.
Ability to build relationships from shop floor to management level, identify and clearly communicate key information.
Priorities issues, communicate reasoning and negotiate for resources when needed.
Ability to write work instruction and technical reports.
Ability to design & propose alternative solutions when faced with barriers.
Good technical ability (or experience) relating to Fab process.
Understanding of product lapping and cutting
Experience to use software statistical application and basic programing skills
PREFERRED:
At less 1 years' experience in Fab process.
SKILLS:
The ability to multitask and manage and prioritize tasks.
Demonstrate a balanced and structured approach to problem resolution.
Communicate requirements and facilitate compromises where appropriate based on business/technical demands.
The ability to draw a workable solution from diverse teams.
