Responsibilities:
Production line support for equipment in the assigned area(s)
Assist in the new equipment set-up, resolution of major equipment problems and restoration
Assist equipment engineer in the development of projects to improve equipment performance, inventory management and prolong life of machine spare parts
Assist in the improvement of preventive maintenance schedule, procedure, checklist, buy-off and specifications
Assists in the analysis and resolution of customer issues
Mentors production operator and assists in skills-up training and certification
Maintain good housekeeping and good practice of safety protocols in assigned area
Perform other functions to support manufacturing requirements
Qualifications
Requirements:
Graduate of Three (3) Year Technology Course.
At least Two (2) years experience as Line Maintenance Technician in Semiconductor Industry
Hands-on experience in hydraulics, servomotors, pumps, sensors, motor controls, Electro-pneumatics and PLC.
With direct experience in handling ETS364 and ETS 800 Testers and Pick & Place Handlers (Delta,Mt9510,Mt2168,Advantest 4841)
Knowledgeable in using of hand tools, measuring and calibration instruments
Can analyze and interpret electrical & electronics diagrams and mechanical illustrations
Good communication skills
