As Capacity Technician you will perform capacity related activities such as basic capacity calculation per process, time-study, process layout improvement, materials planning and forecasting. Knowledgeable in Excel. Regular coordination with productions, process and engineering teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Regular update of tool capacity matrix.
Coordinate to other groups for all tooling capacity activities.
Prepare weekly schedule of tools conversion and qualification (RTL).
Ensure readiness of all items/accessories needed during tool setup and qualification.
Required Qualifications:
Knowledgeable in excel.
Can easily follow simple instructions and execute them.
Can coordinate/communicate with internal members and other groups.
Willing to render overtime.
Capable to do multiple activities at the same time
PREFERRED Qualifications:
Knows how to perform time-study
Knowledgeable in work sampling
SKILLS:
With the ability to communicate with other people.
Can deal effectively to other groups with minimal supervision.
Result oriented and has a sense of urgency
