Brief Job Description
Performs first-level verification on yield and QA failures in manufacturing. These include set-up, and trouble-shooting of basic testers through the MIPS process.
Collaborates with manufacturing and engineering groups on critical line engagements.
Submits regular performance reports related to defined goals, metric including test manufacturing special projects.
Participates in the implementation of process improvements towards efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Promotes Total Quality Management principles to achieve process improvement in the manufacturing line.
Qualifications
Graduate of engineering technology or any related course
With a minimum of 2 years of work experience in a high-volume semiconductor industry
Basic knowledge of electronics circuits
Able to understand and interpret schematic diagrams
Knowledge in test equipment set-up and operation
For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
