Technical Writer –– Summary
 
Currently, we are looking for a Technical Writer to assist one of our large Australasian clients with documenting user training manuals, system processes and business requirements for their new supply chain management system. You will work closely with both our development teams and the client to understand and document all aspects of the system; The role includes:
Create and maintain systems documentation including user training manuals, system processes and business requirements etc
Develop and maintain guidelines for systems documentation
Collaborate with clients and internal teams
Assist with ensuring system development and systems documentation is aligned
Requirements
3+ years' experience in technical writing in a software development environment
Excellent communication skills
Time and project management.
Excellent attention to detail and proofing skills.
