MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a Training Associate!
General Description: The Training Associate identifies training needs, evaluates strengths and weaknesses, translates requirements into relevant trainings, builds annual training program, prepares teaching plans, and provides assistance to the Technical Trainer
​Work Schedule and Arrangement: 8 PM - 5 AM PHT; Office-based Setup
Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Responsibilities:
Identifying training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses
Translating requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path
Building annual training program and preparing teaching plans
Assist the Technical Trainer
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in any program
High English Proficiency
Training experience for at least one (1) year
Has background in IT
Experience in Knowledge Management is a plus
Physically fit to work in a BPO setting
Willing to work in our office at Cebu IT Park
Willing to work during holidays and weekends
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
Salary is negotiable based on experience
New hire bonus of 5,000
