SUMMARY OF ROLE:
Maxeon is seeking a Technical Trainer to conduct assigned process trainings and portions of New Employee's Orientation Program. Implements training programs and other training interventions to improve training services. Design, plan, organize, and facilitate training for employees.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conducts training effectiveness evaluation
Creates and continuously update training materials
Responsible for ensuring that training records of the company are well kept and updated
Sources internal and/ or external instructors to conduct trainings for employees
Evaluates training materials prepared by instructors and other technical trainers and ensures that the training objectives are met
Responsible for ensuring that the training interventions are evaluated to its highest applicable level
Initiate activities to improve training processes
Complies at all times with the Environment, Health, and Safety, and Manufacturing Quality standards, rules, and regulations
Performs other duties that may be assigned.
RELATED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree graduate in Engineering or any equivalent.
Has solar cell and/ or semiconductor manufacturing background
Understands PV device physics
Can design and implement teaching modules and devise a process for continuous quality improvement
Good organizational and presentation skills
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Applications, programming language, and online instructional/ testing tools (LMS)
