Your future duties and responsibilities: You will be responsible for leading a team of five, delivering to multiple clients largely focused around our Electronic Prescribing solution. This role requires a combination of team management, reviewing deliverables and ensuring service delivery and hands-on technical skills to configure and apply upgrades/patches to the ePMA solution. Key tasks: . Responsible for managing delivery and support resources . Escalation point for product issues . Identify priorities and determine allocation of resources across multiple clients . Work with clients to define and plan solution roadmaps . Understand the interdependencies between a integrated system with multiple modules and components . Assist members with complex product issues. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . Technical knowledge of Ubuntu/Linux Command Line, HL7 messages, FHIR and rest API's, Linux, Apache/Tomcat and Powershell. . Experience of liaising directly with clients in challenging situations . Ability to review and write clear and concise technical documentation . Team management/coaching experience . Strong fault finding skills with an analytical approach Desired competencies . Healthcare industry knowledge . ITIL Service Management .
