ZigZag is looking for a Technical Systems Support Specialist to join our team!
About the Role
Supporting our internal operations as well as our Travel Expert customers, this role is an important piece of the
Technology team to ensure the business has well-functioning technology outcomes to support the strategy put in
place by the Technology and Implementations Manager as well as General Manager.
This role will work on multiple requests and enquiries concurrently and ensure that disruptions or changes to
technology solutions have as little impact as possible on the company and Travel Experts. This role ensures that
the functional relationships of our 3rd party Online Booking Tools (OBTs) and proprietary limited tools and
Tramada are being supported daily and supports Travel Experts to empower themselves to run their own business
more effectively through our systems.
You will be accountable for the daily operating functionality of systems like Tramada, Serko, Lightning Travelport,
Sabre, automation systems, and more. This role will require engaging with multiple stakeholders including our
Travel Expert business owners, corporate customers, third-party employees in the business, and more.
This area of the business will continue to grow as the network does and has many opportunities for those who are
looking for them. One thing we can promise is that there are not going to be any two days the same. This role will
have a team member based in the Philippines and a direct line leader based in Australia.

Responsibilities
Online Booking Tool Implementation and support
Work closely with the Technology and Implementations Manager on implementation projects forLightning and Serko
Respond to technical support requests related to Lightning, Serko and Tramada post implementation for
1000MTG in-house and Travel Expert clients.
Configure updates for Lightning & Serko booking tools
Maintain process documentation for operational handover
Tramada & system integrations
Provide support to the 1000MTG Tramada global help desk which supports our network of travel experts.
Identify areas of efficiency within Tramada and the integration of other platforms and systems into the business for optimum workflow.
Tramada technical support for Travelport, Sabre, ticketing robotics, OBT's, 3 rd party reporting, Onyx, Amex BTA (Business Travel Account), Diners CTS, Airplus.
Effectively optimize and communicate internal workflow processes and develop additional documentation if required.
Requirements:
Previous corporate travel experience or experience in a similar support desk environment
Must be tech savvy!
Galileo and/or Sabre GDS experience
Tramada and Serko experience would be advantageous
A basic understanding of Online booking tools and their workflows would be advantageous
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced customer-service-focused environment
Must be thorough and detail-oriented
A results focused, strong team player
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal stakeholders
Strong written communication skills
