Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field ( equivalent experience)
Proven Experience in a technical support role or similar position
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
Troubleshoot software and hardware issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical problems
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
