1. Receive all IT related problem calls
2. Resolve minor problems via phone
3. Submit weekly and monthly report (per request by client)
4. Conduct PC (workstation) check-up including virus checking, fine tuning, scandisk and computer performance test/diagnostic
5. Check up, cleaning and repair for printers
6. Assist Network Activities such as minor requiring and cabling, and transfer and provision of data ports.
7. Conduct and manage the inventory of IT Equipment and machines. Client's existing asset tagging will be used in identifying the units enrolled.
8. Assist in Network troubleshooting
9. assist in data center and Disaster Recovery activities
10. Assist in maintaining the inventory of all IT Equipment deployed at branches and future offices.
