Description:
- Provides remote and onsite technical support to various clients
- Setup, configure and maintain workstations, internet(DSL) and local networks
- providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports(Inventory,Network Diagram and others)
- Provide preventive maintainance to assigned clients
- Respond to support tickets given in an efficient and timely manner
- prioritising and managing many open tickets at one time
- working continuously on a task until completion
- talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues;
- replacing parts as required
Requirements:
- A graduate on any IT related course
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Windows XP,Vista, 7 and 8 ( Linux is an advantage)
- At lease 1 year experience in the same field
- Experience in troubleshooting for both software and hardware.
- Adept in multi-tasking with a can-do attitude
- Reliable,hardworking and trustworthy
- Can work with less supervision
- Highly motivated and a team player
- Knows how to drive motorcyle is an advantage
Salary: ₱10000 - ₱15000
