Answer inbound customer calls and effectively respond to customer inquiries.
Ensure the resolution of client concerns/inquiries, whenever possible.

Qualifications:
Graduated in High School
6 months of BPO experience is Prefer, No Experience are Welcome
Can type atleast 28 words per minute
Can communicate in the English Language
Expect a Salary of 17k to 20k Monthly
