Key areas of focus will include, but are not limited to:
Initial contact, diagnosis and troubleshooting for inbound customer interactions
Gathering information to enable incident resolution
Escalating incidents and problems for resolution as necessary
Proactive alarm monitoring and impacted stake holder communications
Providing clear, concise communications to impacted key stake holders during planned/unplanned events
Data center infrastructure/asset monitoring and access
Qualifications:
2-3 years in a NOC framework with business-to-business relationships
2-3 years of experience in an ITIL framework
Highly competent in providing technical support for ICT and network services
Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
Previous experience in network monitoring, diagnostics and trouble shooting
Experience in Networks, Hosting, Voice, Security, and Infrastructure (IaaS)
Experience in large call centre/technical help desk environments would be an advantage
New Zealand ISP experience
