Monitors and maintains the company computer system installs and configures hardware and software, and solves technical problems.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide a single point of contact for end-users to receive support and maintenance within the organization's computing environment.
- Expertise in installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment (including but not limited to PC, terminals, printers, and scanners) to ensure optimal workstation performance.
- Troubleshoot IT problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via remote access) in a timely manner and accurate fashion, and provide end-user assistance when required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or it's equivalent.
- With at least 1 year of related experience. Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Willing to work six (6) days per week, eight (8) hours a day.
- Willing to work during weekends, holidays, and at any time needed.
