Technical Support Representatives - Earn up to 28K Monthly!

You will be supporting our subscribers and readers during troubleshooting activities. Responsibilities:
Provide daily support to subscribers and readers to get them access to digital account and online subscription
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to quickly resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Quickly identify problems, form solutions, and execute step-by-step troubleshooting procedures.
Communicate with customers via phone, chat, email and SMS.
Desired skills & knowledge:
At least 2 years of technical support experience on the phone
Strong communications and written skills that lend to clear and concise text-based communication, including de-escalation skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in all circumstances 
Previous experience with subscription service industry is an advantage
Working knowledge of both WINDOWS and MAC operating systems, and Microsoft Office Applications
English speaking skills close to native level, minimal to no accent
Adherent to SOP and KPIs and must be able to multitask
Must have a high degree of professional ethics, integrity and a team player
Understanding of the American consumers’ mentality is a plus
Supports the mission of “Truth & Tradition"
Strong customer service skills
Energetic, fun and confident personality
Willing to work full-time night shift
Amenable to shifting schedules and work on weekends
Must be willing to attend training on-site
