"Looking for Technical Support Representatives for Cable, Internet And Phone in Davao City.
The Dream Job defined:
As a Technical Support Representative, you are the tech expert who will deliver outstanding technical and troubleshooting assistance to the customers and clients of the biggest global brands.
Your day-to-day in a nutshell
• Answering incoming calls from customers
• Resolving customer inquiries/requests
• Developing and maintaining accurate files
• Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
• Utilizing various company and client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
• Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
Job requirements :
- At least high school graduate (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate (new curriculum)
- 18 years of age and above
- atleast 6 months CCE or Exp in Med/Health
- Or College Graduate of Med Related Course
- Willing to start immediately

- Good excellent communication skills
