Assist customers with questions, incidents, and service requests
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including account and password concerns
Provide clear, jargon-free communication and set realistic expectations
Accurately log and escalate tickets when needed, ensuring smooth handoff to Level 2 support
Take ownership of customer concerns and deliver consistent resolutions
Stay up to date with technical skills through training and coaching
Promote security best practices and compliance standards
Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, in any field.
Candidate must have background in computer systems, telecoms, and computer issues
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Solid typing skills
Stable Home Internet Connectivity (with Internet Speedtest results)
Applicants must be willing to work in a Full Onsite work set-up (Cebu IT Park).
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
