As a Technical Support Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent technical assistance and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
Provide prompt and efficient technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity
Assist customers in setting up and configuring their devices and software applications
Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately and comprehensively in the system
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
Stay up-to-date with the latest product updates, technological advancements, and industry best practices
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service
Requirements
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or related field is a plus
Prior experience in a technical support or customer service role is highly preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
