TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE
Job Description:
Provide phone support to field service reps troubleshooting, diagnosing, resolving, and documenting.
Ensures that all customer inquiries are satisfactorily answered, resolved, properly documented in the CRM and closed within agreed timelines.
Work in a team-based environment with the ability to function with independent discretion
Job Qualifications:
Any college graduate or college level (undergraduate) is acceptable.
Helpdesk experience in an IT environment working with Windows machines, a plus
Experience working with electrical equipment and field repair, a plus
Two (2) years related experience in customer support and customer relation, preferred
Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills with strong attention-to-detail and follow-up skills; customer-focused and results-oriented attitude
Excellent written and verbal communications,
Tech-savvy, self-starter, fast learner and resourceful
Willingness to be on call and attend to technical issues outside of normal business hours
Ability to reliably commute to MEPZ1, Lapulapu City or planning to relocate before starting work on-site
