Job Qualifications
Completed 2 years in college
Must possess at least 1 year of BPO experience in a voice account
Highschool graduates with at least 2 years of BPO work experience and college undergrads who completed less than 2 years with at least 1 year of BPO work experience are welcome to apply
A quiet space to work at and a stable internet connection of 6 MBPS upload and 10 MBPS download speed is highly preferred
Good understanding of Point-of-Sale system
Experience with Windows-based applications and networks
Experience installing and troubleshooting PC machines in a regulated network environment is a plus
Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Exchange, Adobe, and Antivirus and Security applications
Understanding of LAN Environments
Solid technical and diagnostic skills with tested problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively
Amenable to work rotating shifts
Willing to be assigned in a temporary work-at-home set-up

JOB Description
Provides computer support to remote users in the US and Canada.
Receives calls and emails.
Creates documentations of the calls and emails and resolves all tier one end-user issues over the phone or escalates to the next level of support.
Performs appropriate issue diagnosis and guides users through step-by-step solutions, clearly and effectively communicates technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner.
Provides support on all currently supported applications.
Completes application project-based work.
Prepare reports as required.
Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
