Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for customers experiencing issues with telecommunications products and services.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues efficiently and effectively.
Guide customers through step-by-step solutions, ensuring a positive and clear experience.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support when necessary and collaborate with internal teams for complex problems.
Document technical issues, solutions, and interactions accurately in the system.
Stay updated on the latest product information, system updates, and telecommunications trends to provide the best service possible.
Qualifications:
Preferably at least 3 to 6 months of technical support or IT-related experience is a plus but not required.
· At least a Senior High School Graduate or a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
Familiarity with telecommunications products, systems, and networks.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on simplifying technical information for customers.
Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
