JOB DETAILS:
Company: The Company is an international software Development Company that focuses on software development in different industries such as manufacturing, medical, BPO & etc.
Responsibilities:
Provide daily support to users of various computer systems including answering questions, analyzing problems, and quickly forming solutions to return systems to proper operation.
Responsible in maintaining the service and equipment used to support our telecommunication network. The technician is the key contact for customers who need assistance in resolving complex technical issues.
Deliver service and support to end-users using and operating automated call distribution phone software, via remote connection or over the Internet;
Install and maintain hardware, software, and other equipment to meet client requirements, routinely observe operational performance, and install security patches and updates when necessary.
Requirements
Conversational English communication skills
Graduate Bachelor's Degree in IT or any related course/Associate Degree/Undergraduates
Strong IT knowledge and experience
Preferably with minimum of 6 months experience in technical support
