• At least 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Experience with Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile OS (iOS, Android).
• Familiarity with networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
• Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices).
• Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues (VPNs, firewalls, etc.).
• Support software applications like Microsoft Office, email, and business tools.
• Assist with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and virtual machines (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Respond to and resolve user requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain clear documentation of issues and solutions.
