TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEERS
 
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
 
We are seeking experienced technical support engineers to support users of technical products and services such as software products and web hosting services. You will provide voice support to international clients as well as responding to support tickets online in written English.  These roles offer an engaging balance of technical problem solving, customer interaction and other digital tasks. At times, you may be required to perform non-technical tasks as well.
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide high-quality technical support and/or customer service to international customers by phone and online
Build expertise with relevant proprietary and third-party software products and technical services
Assist with testing of software products, particularly web and mobile apps, if required
Research solutions for customers
Collaborate with colleagues and other service providers as needed
Undertake general clerical, administrative and data entry duties if/as required
Complete training to build skills when required
DESIRED PROFILE:
Must be a tech-savvy problem solver
Fluent written and spoken English with neutral accent
Advanced customer service and rapport-building skills
Experience with servicing international customers in a relevant role
Relevant qualifications an advantage, particularly in the field of information technology
Diligent and flexible team player
Ability to work with minimal supervision
