Aloware is a modern contact center solution built to triple performance with unlimited calling, texting, and automation features. We are currently in search of a great Technical Support Engineer who has a strong background in VoIP / contact center software.
He/She should have a solid technical background combined with customer service experience. A problem-solving attitude with an ability to motivate a team to achieve specific goals is an essential skill to perform well in this position.
Responsibilities:
As a Technical Support Engineer you should be able to find software solutions that would help:
Sales team to sell our products.
Support team to resolve issues.
Customer success team to provide feature request updates to maintain a good relationship with clients.
You are expected to:
Work alongside sales team in discovering client's business challenges and creates a unique solution prototype to present back to their decision-makers, illustrating value and benefits.
Be in the loop with any potential problems in the support team that would require updated software or a new one.
Help maintain a professional relationship with clients together with the customer success team to learn the challenges they're facing and implement them according to their needs.
Work with the Engineering team in creating, fixing, and updating our products' features and logic.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Support Engineer or similar roles
Experience in setting up and doing technical support for VoIP / call center systems / Dialer accounts
Hands-on experience with help desk and remote control software
Solid technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience
Customer-service oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills
Can demonstrate and explain API knowledge.
Have general knowledge of web technologies and related tools.
B2B SaaS experience is a must
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field
