Job Qualifications:
- Preferably living in Pasig City
- Graduate of 4-Year course. Must be IT related course
- At least 2 years of experience in related field
- Has knowledge in IT products, Back-up solutions, Firewall, Anti-Virus, Access point
- Has excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Has exceptional analytical and negotiation skills in communicating to clients
- With at least with 24 months of configuration and implementation of Firewall / UTM experience
- With experience in configuration and implementation of Anti-virus / core switch
- Preferably CCNA
- Preferably know how to drive must have valid Driver's License but not required
- Can start immediately
Job Descriptions:
- Collaborate with sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
- Shadows the sales team to achieve the sales number by helping them in qualifying or validating deals
- Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
- Responsible for determining the technical requirements to meet client goals
- Respond to requests information or proposal from customers
- Responsible to understand the customer pain points and address their pain point by pitching the right solution for them
- Responsible for designing and presenting solution for customers
- Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
- Providing training and producing support material for the sales team
- Recording and maintaining client contact data
- Co-ordinating sales projects
