Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any IT related courses.
- With at least 6 months to 1 year of working experience.
- Willing to relocate.
- Candidates must have own motorcycle for transportation.
Job Description:
- Break/fix of laptops, desktops, network devices.
- Help customers with installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software to provide constant usability of equipment and software.
- Tracking open issues through the use of a ticketing system.
- Screen and document daily service activities.
- Identify, analyze, troubleshoot and fix peripheral equipment and handheld.
- Responsible for hardware upgrades: moves, adds, changes in a laptop and a desktop environment.
Execute repairs and part replacements on desktops, laptops and tablets.
- Identify and recommend improvements to the overall IT infrastructure.
- Aid other technical support specialists when required.
- Provide customer service and communication over the phone, by e-mail and/or in person.
