We are looking for qualified Automation Mappers who will be responsible for inspecting or reviewing all types of Automation Tickets (Bug, Functional Modification, Feature Request, etc.) and creating new Mapping Documents for any Automation Initial Setup.

What You'll Do
Examine job board information if it's correct and check if the ticket has been made correctly by the monitoring team.
Provide feedback if the created bug ticket is incorrect (e.g. duplicate ticket).
Investigate and analyze reported issues on the ticket and provide partial fixes to unexpected bugs of the scripts and job board updates.
Maintain and update system/admin settings for automation to make sure all the tools and scripts work as expected as well as automation documents to make sure they're up to date.
Communicate and coordinate with US counterparts or colleagues in a specific department within the organization for inquires whenever needed to maintain and enhance as well as to avoid issues in automation processes.
Move the ticket for dev assignment and assist the assigned developer whenever he has concerns regarding the issue.
Monitor ticket status and handle related task such as developer's and QA's clarification and/or verification, check the backlog dashboard and process if there's a workable ticket found.
