We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Support Administrator to work the day shift. We currently offer work-from-home (WFH) arrangements, until the quarantine is fully lifted and we are ready to move back to our office. You must be WFH-capable with strong internet connection and equipment.

In this position, you will be assigned to our Melbourne-based client. They are a solutions provider specializing in customer relationship management (CRM), helping customers increase revenue, reduce costs, streamline operations, and make more informed business decisions to gain competitive advantage.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you are expected to:
Provide technical support to customers mainly through email and phone
Document, formalize, and improve processes
Deploy Dynamics 365
Configure Dynamics 365, which includes but is not limited to the addition of fields, forms, and view design, creation of entities, creation of workflows/MS Flows
Occasionally develop or build custom solutions, and provide some research and development
Your Background
To qualify for this role, you must have:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related courses
2 to 4 years' experience providing technical support via both email and phone
Dynamics 365 experience (basic configuration and deployment), preferably. If not, training/mentoring will be provided.
Experience in integrating external systems, preferably programming with C#.Net, JSON, SQL, Web API, ODATA, MVC
Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel)
Experience using Zendesk
DevOps experience, preferably
Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
Self-motivation and willingness to learn new technologies
Great customer services skills
Trustworthiness, reliability, responsibility
The ability to work independently but can also be a team player
Pride in doing excellent work
