JOB QUALIFICATION:
• Must be a graduate of BS Electrical Engineering or other relevant courses.
• Background/Experience is an advantage.
• Oversee the following areas:
o Facilities Management
o Workplace Housekeeping Management
o Office Security Management
o Transportation Support Management/Fleet Management
o Health and Safety Management
• Improve Program and service quality by ensuring on time delivery of all supports needed by the corporate, division, and local work team.
• Maintain continuity among corporate, division, and local work team.
• Develop systems, program and plan of dispensing company requirement for general services.
• Analyze internal processes and recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations, such as supply changes or the disposal of records.
• Prepare operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage the efficient, timely and responsive delivery of general services and supplies management to the company.
• Develop efficient transportation services in support of the requirements of various departments.
• Supervise the provision of logistical support to company programs, projects, and events designed to meet management objectives.
• Supervise the transfer, movement or relocation of property and personnel when needed.
SALARY RANGE: 20k-25k
WORK SCHEDULE: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
WORK LOCATION: Angeles City, Pampanga
