General Job Description
Look for government projects in PHILGEPS Website (https://notices.philgeps.gov.ph/) and DPWH Website (https://www.dpwh.gov.ph/dpwh/business & other government related agencies.
Prepare Bidding Documents
Coordinate with Procuring Entity for inquiries regarding the Consultancy Project
Prepare necessary requirements for post-qualification related to bidding process
Prepare necessary requirements for Contract Signing related to bidding process
Assist Technical Operation Manager (TOM) in preparing the necessary requirements for Progress Billing.
Maintain softcopy of documents related to bidding process.
QUALIFICATIONS:
College Graduate of any course
Must have good written and communication skills; English & Tagalog
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point, Publisher)
Proficient in Adobe, Photoshop,
Proficient in PDF manipulating software (Foxit, Acrobat, etc.)
Keen attention to detail and ability to keep records and files organized.
Knows how to drive motorcycle w/ valid driver's license or at least nonprofessional driver's license is a plus factor.
