Negotiable Permanent contract Full Time On-site and remote
Duties include but are not limited to:
Reviews and plans the field work necessary for particular projects or services, prepares the necessary materials, tools and equipment and organizes the required manpower.
Coordinates the different project/order activities in order to assure proper project interface with the different departments leading to successful implementation of the project on time.
Monitors and controls the cost of different activities in order to maintain the projected cost and prevent margin slippage.
Provides assistance to the Engineering and Sales Department in the cost estimate of prospective projects or inquiries.
Schedule and coordinate meetings.
Conduct employee performance reviews.
Develop good customer relationships.
Smooth out problems within the workplace.
Address employee and customer concerns.
Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement.
Email and phone correspondence.
Collaborate between managers, customers and employees.
Provide direction to staff.
Monitor spending patterns and budget.
Support ongoing learning and development of team members.
Help create and foster a respectful and inclusive team environment
Ensuring company policies are followed.
Optimizing profits by controlling costs.
Resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction.
Maintaining an overall management style that follows company best practices.
Ensuring product quality and availability.
Academic/Professional Qualifications :
Registered Electrical Engineer
Relevant Experience :
Project Management and Costing
Competencies Needed
Technical Skills : Project Management; Can analyze any electrical
related concerns; Electrical construction & design, Systematic, able to do multi-task
Interpersonal Skills : Team Player, Collaborative, highly flexible
Personal Attributes : With good working attitude, trustworthy and good
integrity.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
5 years of experience
