Is seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to lead our Technical Services and Development team. This role is responsible for overseeing technical service operations, product development support, and customer service excellence. You will ensure our motorcycles maintain superior quality, performance, and reliability while delivering world-class technical support to customers and dealers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Technical Services and Development team, ensuring high-quality service operations.
Develop and implement strategies to improve after-sales service and customer satisfaction.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of technical support materials (manuals, troubleshooting guides, service bulletins).
Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and quality control teams to enhance product performance and reliability.
Manage training programs for internal teams and external service partners.
Monitor customer feedback, warranty claims, and service data to identify and resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Education: Graduate of any 4-year course; Mechanical Engineering or Business Management is an advantage.
Experience: 7+ years in motorcycle service, product development, or technical operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Certifications: TESDA NC II in Motorcycle/Small Engine Servicing or Automotive Servicing preferred; Lean Management or Six Sigma is an advantage.
Skills:
Strong technical knowledge of motorcycle systems (engine, electrical, suspension, braking).
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Familiarity with industry standards and quality assurance processes.
