TECHNICAL SALES
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
Promote the company's ready-mix concrete products.
Develop sales strategies tailored to project types (residential, commercial, infrastructure, etc.).
Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and quotations to clients.
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Technical Consultation
Understand and recommend appropriate mix designs based on project specifications and site conditions.
Collaborate with quality control and production teams to customize concrete mixes to meet client needs (slump, strength, setting time, etc.).
Offer solutions to technical challenges on-site, including pour sequence, placement methods, curing, and finish quality.
Client Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, project managers, and procurement teams.
Maintain regular communication with clients to understand current and future project requirements.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with prompt and professional responses.
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention through ongoing support.
Qualifications and Requirements:
 
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Experience:
3+ years of technical sales experience in construction equipment, concrete batching plants, or industrial machinery.
Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of batching plant operation and components.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused with a solution-oriented approach.
Able to work independently and travel extensively.
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Working Conditions:
Frequent travel to client sites, construction locations, or project meetings.
Field visits to batching plant locations for troubleshooting or demonstrations.
Occasional weekend or extended hours during project implementations.
