JOB DESCRIPTION
Schedules regular calls and visits to constantly find ways how to assist and provide best possible solutions on clients’ needs and requirements.
Conducts client prospecting by telemarketing, cold canvass, etc.
Prepares canvass sheets, and proposals, and coordinates with clients for their products and services requirements.
Coordinates with Customer Service Division (CSD) and Materials Traffic Control Division (MTCD), thru AMSD Sales Support, the schedule of product demonstration, site inspections, and technical meetings, etc.
Handles monitoring and follow-up of pending proposals submitted including addressing the challenges that prevent clients’ from sealing the deal.
Assists the Accounting Department with the collection of payments as needed.
Traveling to different locations and briefing customers about new product launches and range
Promote and sell company products by demonstrating the advanced technical functions of the product as well as its uses and benefits.
Addressing customer queries and advising them on various technological upgrades.
Attending and participating in local and international product training and conferences.
Explaining the technical features of a product's customers.
Prepares and submits the following:
-Weekly Executive Report
-Daily Itinerary Form and Official Business Form
-Submit Daily Call Report
Performs other tasks that may be assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATION
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering/Electronics or equivalent.
1-3 years of experience as a Technical Sales Executive, Technical Sales Representative, or a similar position in the Sales department.
Excellent technical understanding of product features and benefits
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good time management and organizational skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel and do site visits
Good computer skills
Demonstrating a professional and approachable behavior
Ability to offer excellent customer service
