Overview:
Technical Sales Executive is directly responsible for the maintenance and expansion of the company's customer base, while remaining anchored in using the best technical-based solutions in providing excellent customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Find prospects and leads
-Able to create new and sustainable accounts
-Manage the entire sales cycle
-Build & maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service
-Gain thorough knowledge of the products being handled
-Expertly explain products, and provide correct technical advice on proper product application to clients
-Create detailed sales business plans for areas handled
-Manage & achieve sales goals and quotas
-Provide professional after-sales support
-Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer success and satisfaction
-Prepare and present reports on KPIs, other technical & sales reports needed
-Engage with entire sales and other teams for coordinated results
Requirements and Qualifications:
-Graduate of any business/ marketing/technical/ engineering-related course
-Past experience with heavy construction and mining equipment, or skill in technical selling is an advantage
-With a valid code 2 Driver's License, and who has driven a 4-wheel vehicle for at least 2 years
-Vast experienced in using MS Office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Willing to travel to assigned locations in the Philippines
-Good negotiation skills, to sell,up-sell and cross-sell
-Articulate, and with great interpersonal and communication skills
-Critical thinker and having problem-solving skills
-Team player
-Good time-management skills
-Enthusiastic and passionate
-Compliant to company policies and guidelines
