Job Description
Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for handling all sales activities in assigned accounts/ areas or product categories and assures company sales goals are achieved.
Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Chem
2. At least 3 to 5 Years of working experience in a Food Ingredients Manufacturing company.
3. Sales person, must know how to drive four (4) wheels vehicle with updated license as non professional and professional driver
4. Must be a result-oriented, a team player, articulate, reliable, honest and trustworthy.
5. Must be responsible, honest, proactive, resourceful, and must be able to adhere established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
6. Must be excellent in both oral and wittn communication
7. Can work under pressure with minimum supervision
8. Must have no travel limitations and is willing to be relocated locally
9. With proper orientation and knowledgeable in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP or cGMP)
10. Prepares Sales Plan and implements the sales training concepts
11. Provides technical assistance and product knowledge to customers
12. Follow-up Sales Orders and account receivables to clients on a regular basis
13. Promotes company's products to existing and potential customers within the defined sales territory
14. Contributes and suggests ideas towards improving and/or achieving sales and marketing objectives of the Company
15. Coordinates with the Research and Development Team for product concepts and presentations
