Gathers IT and digital requirements of clients
Analyzes to recommend the best solution from the technology and tools being used by NMI
Create project specifications and business process documents for the requirements
Capable of understanding and configuring business process management/ERP
Works closely with the Sales Team and Project Management Team
Conducts user acceptance testing to evaluate if the output is aligned to the specifications and business process
Bachelor's/college degree in Management, Computer Science, Management Information System, Information and Communications Technology, or equivalent
At least 2 years of Business Analyst working experience in Software Development is preferred
Adept in technology-related trends for various devices and operating systems
Experience in functional analysis for a business process management tool is a plus.
