Basic Qualifications:
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Preferably with OJT experience in Recruitment Department.
Willing to be trained in IT end to end recruitment.
With positive and 'can do' attitude.
Available for ASAP employment.
Offer is max 15k plus quota incentive monthly.
Job Descriptions:
Mainly to source the assigned IT requirements by Recruitment Manager or Team Lead and produce qualified endorsements on a daily basis.
Attend to client's calibration.
Understand the job orders given by the clients.
Create job postings in Jobstreet, Monster, LinkedIn, Bullhorn, etc.
Conduct sourcing activities in various channels (referrals, database, job portals, social media, etc.)
Assess the profile of applicants based on the given qualifications and employment set up through paper screening, phone interview and/or face to face interview.
Submit formatted profile of screened candidates to the Team Lead for endorsement.
Coordinate with Team Lead on the application status, interview/exam schedules, client feedback, etc.
Submission of daily endorsement report.

Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Management, Recruiting, Human Resources
