Job Description:
Build and report on monthly hiring plans for specific ramps assigned specifically in Technology Recruitment
Create and publish job ads in various portals
Determines applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications.
Screen resumes and job applications
Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior, and executive)
Qualifications:
Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 2 years experience in Technology Recruitment is required; background in handling niche/technical positions.
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (i.e. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
