Description
* Provide full lifecycle recruitment with focus on candidate sourcing, screening, and salary negotiation of candidates for various positions
* Deliver pipeline of candidates to meet volume openings by utilizing online sourcing sites
* Perform phone screen of qualified candidates and coordinate interview schedule with clients
* Maintain pipeline of qualified candidates through references, contacts, and job boards
* Ensure all paperwork is received and completed according to policy prior to onboarding
* Ensure that cnadidates are treated professionally during the recruitment process
* Conduct and distribute reports on a regular basis and special reports on request to identify issues and recommend actions
* Participate in projects and/or initiatives within or outside the team
* Follow up with the client as well as with candidate
* Ensure building a skill-wise active candidate database through various sourcing strategies, channels, and mechanisms
* Monitor and measure the satisfaction of clients in order to respond to escalated client concerns and be proactive about preventing future issues
* Implement a system to measure an applicant's knowledge skills, and abilities, to eliminate the hiring of applicants who are below standard
* Maintain and manage a database of qualified candidates to ensure the highest quality candidates and timely service to all clients
* Pre-screen, interview, and test all qualified applicants
* Perform reference checks to verify candidate experience and employment history
* Respond to candidate and client inquiries and/or problems immediately
* Diligently perform all KPIs based on given KRAs
* Be flexible and help out in other areas as needed
