TECHNICAL QUALITY SUPERVISOR
 
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Leadership
Supervise site inspectors in conducting quality control measures, tests, and inspectors.
Guide the site inspectors in the mastery of the approved standards and parameters for the project
Conduct regular site visits to ensure that instructions are properly cascaded and understood by technical quality inspectors
Other duties assigned by TQG Manager and TQG Asst. Manager
Engineering and Technical Services
Ensure that Construction Plans are compliant with approved designs, standards, codes, procedures, project specifications, an tolerance parameters for civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and sanitary systems.
Provide technical support to project inspectors by employing established engineering strategies and best practices.
Assist in the preparation of inspection and testing plan (ITP), method statement (MS), and testing & commissioning procedures before site implementations.
Project Coordination
Attend weekly coordination meetings and other relevant meetings with contractors and Construction Management Dept (CMD).
Coordinate with CMD and Contractor for rectification issues and concerns
Report & Documentation
Leads in the preparation of close-out reports and other related documents
Keep a record of the detailed test plans, method statements, and testing & commissioning procedures
Report and document any discrepancies noted for resolution and corrective action.
Job Specification
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering or equivalent, preferably a licensed engineer.
with 1 - 3 years of related work experience
Able to interpret engineering plans, technical services, tolerance parameters, people management, presentation and communication skills.
Leadership and good interpersonal skills, Can work under pressure with less supervision. Team player.
Willing to work in different sites.
